What a great surprise. My fridge had a problem. I called Sears, where I had purchased it. The repairman came over an hour later than the time I was given., He told me I needed many new parts and it would cost about $400. He also said he'd have to come back in 3 days because he "didn't have time today" I was upset, called Sears and got routed to what I think was the Philippines. The person on the phone was rude and would not help me. In comes Brad, my hero from Smith Brothers./ How lucky I was to find him. Thanks to Yelp, I trusted their reviews and they were right on. Brad walked into my kitchen and told me I needed a minor adjustment. I saved over $250. I'm sure all the Smith Brother guys are great, but for me it's only BRAD.
